  • Shipping

    Deliveries within Germany are handled by DHL or UPS. All shipments sent by Steeldeluxe are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of the shipment and written confirmation, this insurance coverage expires.

    Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

    Orders are processed and shipped during our main service hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CEST (excluding German holidays).

    Since most of our furniture pieces are made individually for each customer, we kindly ask to please allow a delivery time of about 6-9 weeks.

  • Exchanges

    We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange your purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt.

    EXCHANGE POLICY
    We can only exchange items that are in perfect condition and in their original condition

    Merchandise must be returned in one package - we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order shipped at different times.

    Exchanges must be made using the same service as the original shipment (DHL or UPS).

    We can only accept exchanges from the country an order was originally shipped to, for example, orders shipped to the UK must be returned from the UK. Please note that import and shipping fees are at your expense.

    Custom made items cannot be returned.
