RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customercare@steeldeluxe.de to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

 

Please Note

         STEELDELUXE reserves the right to refuse credit or deduct from a refund if the original item is not returned in perfect condition. All products must be returned in their original packaging (box, accessories, inserts, protection, booklets, etc.) and accompanied by the purchase invoice.

When will my order be shipped?

Because most items are handmade & made to order, delivery times may vary. Production time can take up to 6 weeks for standard items. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, we will get in touch with you.

Can I return my order?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 14 days of receipt should it meet the requirements. Please reference our Return Policy page for more details on requirements and shipment.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

We try to manufacture your order as soon as possible, therefore, we can only alter items within 2 business days after your order is placed.

When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued back to your original payment. You will get a notification via email once your return has been processed and your payment has been issued.
